Nominee Director
Every Singapore incorporated company requires a minimum of 1 local director. Should your business plans enable you to operate from your country of residence without the need to relocate to Singapore, the need to appoint another person as a local director for your company is essential.
As a nominee director, the appointed person is a director in name only to satisfy the local statutory requirements and he does not have any powers over the business. ContactOne Professional Services is able to assist in sourcing for nominee director service for our overseas clients. Typically, you will need to enter into a Nominee Director Agreement with the Nominee Service Provider to formalize the appointment and set out the rules of engagement.
Nominee Director Fees typically range from $3,500 onwards and a $10,000 fully refundable deposit needs to be placed with the Nominee Service Provider.
Please note that nominee director services is accepted on a case-by-case basis after "Know Your Client" procedures have been performed and deemed satisfactory by the Nominee Service Provider .

Terms & Conditions on Provision of Nominee Director
Provision of Nominee Director service is subjected to the following criteria being met:
- Successful "Know-Your-Client" procedures completed and satisfied
- Signing of Nominee Director Indemnity Agreement
- Placement of a refundable deposit of S$10,000 with ContactOne prior to such nominee appointment, and
- The company secretary of the company to be provided by ContactOne, and
- The accounting function and financial reporting of the company is to be prepared by a designated accounting agent of ContactOne Professional Services Pte. Ltd.
- The accounts of the Company are audited by a Singapore audit firm.
