Part D.    Personnel Verification Steps

       D1.  For Personnel Available to Come to our Office for Witnessing (Strongly Recommended)

For Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents, to bring along your NRIC Identification Card.

For Employment Pass Holders, to bring along your EP Pass Card and Proof of Residential Address (bank statement, utilities bill etc)

For Foreigners currently in Singapore, to bring along your Passport and and Proof of Residential Address overseas (bank statement, utilities bill, Identity card etc)

       D2.  For Personnel Who are Not Coming to Our Office (Additional Costs)

For Foreigners not in Singapore, the local partner is to bring along

1.     Original Notarized Copies of the Passport and Letter of Authorization to Incorporate a Company in Singapore.

2.     Proof of Residential Address overseas (bank statement, utilities bill, Identity card etc)

For Corporate Shareholders

1.     Director’s Resolution of the Corporate Shareholder for Authorization of incorporating a Company and Authorization of specific person (usually a Director of the Corporate Shareholder) to act on behalf of the Corporate Shareholder.

2.     Certified Corporate Extract of Company from the Company Registrar. (For Singapore companies, a copy of the Company Business Profile available from ACRA, fore foreign companies, a copy of Company Business Profile certified by the Company Secretary)
